It is our mission to provide the highest quality of training, and to promote authentic artistry in each of our students. Our school concentrates on developing a well-rounded dancer who can perform proficiently in all of the dance forms and provides instruction in many of the classic styles including tap, jazz, modern, lyrical, and hip hop with classes for students ranging from 3 years old to adult. Our program places a strong emphasis on ballet with an approach that is focused on artistic training, dancer health and child development and provides instruction based on the AMERICAN BALLET THEATRE® National Training Curriculum. Our ballet program includes focused work En pointe, variations, and in PBT with conditioning. Acro training is also provided in accordance with the Acro Dance Teachers Association curriculum (ADTA) to bring next-level training to develop specific technical skill sets and create well-rounded and versatile dancers.
The faculty at Dance Arts Conservatory are professional, mature and experienced. Our DAC directors and instructors are passionate about dance, theater and performance and are well respected members of the artistic community. Their collective experience is extensive, having taught at schools such at Dreyfoos, BAK, Nova Southeastern and North Broward Prep, the Palm Beach County School System, and Palm Beach Atlantic University with students performing on Broadway, Broadway National Tour, in regional theater, the Songbook Academy, and in college arts programs. Students auditioning for summer programming have attended the Rock School, Miami City Ballet and American Ballet Theater.
Both our Ballet and Musical Theatre programs have an excellent acceptance rates into BAK and Dreyfoos schools for the Arts.
